The success of our projects, stems out of the extensive upfront investigation into system options which enables us to identify a system design which meets the needs of the Architect and the Owner. We  view our role during the initial concept stage as a team player and contributor as well as the services project leader. Our relationship with our clients is viewed as a partnership. Their needs become our needs. We feel that this approach establishes the foundation for a successful design which is a requirement for the design and construction team’s collective success in delivering a project that meets our client’s needs while being completed on schedule and within budget.

The Practice provides all design, reporting and advisory services expected from an Engineering Services Consultancy, to respond quickly and effectively to Clients' varying requirements, at all stages of a project. 

Design and construction programs are becoming ever more tightly compressed and the Practice is fully aware of Client requirements in maintaining programme dates and cost targets. We have experience of various forms of Building Contracts, including Design and Construct, Management Contracting, Construction Management and various other hybrid fast-Track arrangements.
